We are committed to providing exceptional plumbing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our residential and commercial clients in the Metro Cobb

What services does Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of both residential and commercial plumbing services, including bathroom and kitchen remodeling, light commercial plumbing, business service, tankless water heater installation, trenchless water line replacement, directional boring, pipe repair and installation, drain cleaning, and more.
What makes Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing different from other plumbing services?
Our unique approach puts education at the forefront of our customer interactions. We aim to provide solutions to your problems, not sell you on unnecessary services. Our strong core values guide us in providing a five-star service experience and we believe in going the extra mile to exceed your expectations.
How quickly can I expect a response when I call for a service?
We pride ourselves on prompt responses to all inquiries. While the exact timeframe can vary based on demand and circumstances, we aim to get back to all customers as soon as possible.
How do I know if I need a new water heater?
Common signs you might need a new water heater include age (most last 10-12 years), rust-colored water, frequent repairs, or a lack of hot water. Our team can provide an expert assessment if you’re unsure.
What should I do if I have a burst pipe?
The first step is to turn off the main water supply to prevent further damage. Then, call a professional plumbing service like Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing. We offer repair and replacement services to resolve such emergencies.
Do I need a professional to clean my drains?
While minor clogs can often be handled with a plunger or over-the-counter drain cleaner, recurring or severe clogs should be handled by professionals. Improper handling can lead to pipe damage.
How often should I have my plumbing system inspected?
Regular inspections can help catch issues before they become major problems. We recommend a professional inspection every two years, but this can depend on the age and condition of your plumbing system.
Why is my water pressure low?
Low water pressure can be caused by various issues such as a partially closed shut-off valve, pipe corrosion, or a water leak in your system. Our team can diagnose and resolve these issues effectively to restore your water pressure.
