Had a great visit the Brandon and his team today. They did the required repairs (under tankless heater warranty). They was in our home and out timely. A very professional service. The entire process from leaving a message to a return call, to a technician being dispatched and arriving in 1.5 hours ready to go, met and exceeded our expectations. The technician (Brandon) was extremely knowledgeable of what our problem was (age of equipment -HW Heaters) and offered a couple of options while also suggesting options that we could consider.
In the end the TK & Sons team had the experience and wisdom from the first interaction to have me provide them with pictures of our system, and they came prepared with 2 new AO Smith systems.
Whether we decided to make a complete system chageout or not, they came prepared, which from having 34 years in the sales & services industry was just remarkable.
Overall the quality, professionalism, and that they place there values in faith not fear, just made our day. God Bless those who are not afraid.

Brandon and his assistant was on time, professional and honest. Brandon diagnosed an un professional and out of code problem from a previous remodel contractor on our master bath toilet. He was able to repair the difficult issue without having to cut drywall in our basement ceiling which could have been very expensive.

We could not have been happier with the workmanship, and the care the guys did with replumbing my home.. The guys were fun, nice, happy and took great pride in their work. It carried over into management also.. when speaking with the office staff they could not have been nicer and made everything easy and stress free.. once the job was completed I felt at peace that I would have no issues and if I did they would be right back out and stand behind their work..

Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing provided outstanding service for us. They came out to install our new dishwasher and also fixed a running toilet that had been driving us crazy. Not only did they do excellent work, but they were also incredibly courteous, professional, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and made sure the job was done right. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing service!

I love this company. We had a hot water heater extension tank put on, pipe work under the bathroom sink fixed, and our water pressure was reading 160! (It’s an old house) they fixed the pressure regulator ( which was previously non existent.
They are fast, honest, clean, reasonably priced, and I can trust their work. I have used this company twice, they have fixed 3 different issues for us and we are very happy with all of the work. We will stick with TomKris & Sons from now on. I am so thankful that we finally found a good Plumbing company.

I have used Tom Kris & Sons, for several years for problems with faucets, toilets and a leaky pipe and have been extremely pleased with each repair. I highly recommend them. I have had several issues with leaky pipes. And also had faucets installed. Always does great work.

After the pipe burst on Christmas Day, I called and left message. They contacted me in the am and were here at 11 am and had it all fixed in under an hour! Great people and reliable and would recommend everyone to use them!

When I made the phone connection with the office staff I was given a appointment timeframe for repair that was within 5 hours of my phone call. I had an outside water leak that was between the meter and the house, and the gentleman that came out diagnosed the problem and repair within an hour after arrival. I am very please with their quality of work and professionalism.

Maggie in the office, and Garrett really went over the top to fix my problem and to give great customer service. I had called after hours, and then Maggie called me back without me lifting a finger which was fantastic. And she was also able to gather information like pictures and things to relay to her team. And kept me up-to-date with scheduling and such. Very pleasant, very skilled.
They are also taking care of a manufacturer warranty that is slipping through the cracks, and stepping it up to the next level to take care of me.
So far I've had a kitchen faucet installed, brand new water heater in a new location, recirculating pump so that I get hot water from the tops immediately instead of waiting, a new line of plumbing runs so that I can use the icemaker and water in a new refrigerator. (plus some other odds and ends.)
This is absolutely my go-to company to call.

Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing's level of customer service was amazing. I had several individual issues that all hit at once from a toilet that wouldn't stop running, a faulty pressure reducing valve, a broken thermal expansion tank on my hot water heater, and a broken garbage disposal. The pressure reducing valve was giving off lots of mixed messages, and Garrett, one of the sons of Tom Kris & Sons, was determined to make sure every avenue was researched to the fullest and make sure everything was handled properly and efficiently. He was just so kind and committed. This photo is on their Facebook page and was the image on the back of the work shirt he was wearing. I know first hand they stand behind what they say. If you are looking for a plumber, I highly recommend them.
