Plumbing Tips

Maggie in the office, and Garrett really went over the top to fix my problem and to give great customer service. I had called after hours, and then Maggie called me back without me lifting a finger which was fantastic. And she was also able to gather information like pictures and things to relay to her team. And kept me up-to-date with scheduling and such. Very pleasant, very skilled.

My family and I have used Tom Kris and Sons Plumbing for years, and we recommend them to family and friends. They make the whole process easy, from scheduling an appointment through the follow-up paperwork. They are professional, considerate, and honest, and they do high quality work. It is such a comfort to have reliable plumbers you can trust.

We have been using Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing ever since moving here about 9 years ago. Excellent service, good work at a reasonable price and always curtious and professional. I only use one plumber.

Tom Kris and Sons repaired the old copper pipes of our home as they were actively leaking. They were timely, efficient, communicative, and fixed the issue. The team that came was professional, explained what needed to be done, and kept the house clean and tidy while they worked. We will use them again and recommend them to our neighbors.

Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing's level of customer service was amazing. I had several individual issues that all hit at once from a toilet that wouldn't stop running, a faulty pressure reducing valve, a broken thermal expansion tank on my hot water heater, and a broken garbage disposal. one of the sons of Tom Kris & Sons, was determined to make sure every avenue was researched to the fullest and make sure everything was handled properly and efficiently. He was just so kind and committed. I highly recommend them.

Tom Kris and Sons Plumbing showed up the morning they said they would with a reminder text that they were on the way. Garrett showed up with shoe covers ready to take care of my issues. He cleaned up so well after himself that I couldn't see any signs of the repairs made. Punctual, efficient, and clean work. Top notch plumbing service, will call again if in need of a plumber!

We have used Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing for years on our home. Today they installed a new water heater and did a great work. They have very professional teams that are easy to work with!

All of the plumbers were very knowledgeable and professional when cutting out the drywall etc. They also were able to answer all of questions and concerns promptly. I am so happy that I ran a new water line to the house as the water pressure has improved immensely. I would highly recommend this company for anyone considering repiping their home. 5 star service.
