Maggie in the office, and Garrett really went over the top to fix my problem and to give great customer service. I had called after hours, and then Maggie called me back without me lifting a finger which was fantastic. And she was also able to gather information like pictures and things to relay to her team. And kept me up-to-date with scheduling and such. Very pleasant, very skilled.

I had several individual issues that all hit at once from a toilet that wouldn't stop running, a faulty pressure reducing valve, a broken thermal expansion tank on my hot water heater, and a broken garbage disposal. one of the sons of Tom Kris & Sons, was determined to make sure every avenue was researched to the fullest and make sure everything was handled properly and efficiently. All of the plumbers were very knowledgeable and professional when cutting out the drywall etc. They also were able to answer all of questions and concerns promptly. I am so happy that I ran a new water line to the house as the water pressure has improved immensely. I would highly recommend this company for anyone considering repiping their home. 5 star service.
