I have used Tom Kris & Sons, for several years for problems with faucets, toilets and a leaky pipe and have been extremely pleased with each repair. I highly recommend them. I have had several issues with leaky pipes. And also had faucets installed. Always does great work.

After the pipe burst on Christmas Day, I called and left message. They contacted me in the am and were here at 11 am and had it all fixed in under an hour! Great people and reliable and would recommend everyone to use them!

I had a mystery water leak in the basement apartment of my home. Brandon and a colleague quickly diagnosed and repaired it. As before, the whole process from booking the appointment to payment was flawless and as easy as it can possibly get. Outstanding company!

When I made the phone connection with the office staff I was given a appointment timeframe for repair that was within 5 hours of my phone call. I had an outside water leak that was between the meter and the house, and the gentleman that came out diagnosed the problem and repair within an hour after arrival. I am very please with their quality of work and professionalism.

We have been using Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing ever since moving here about 9 years ago. Excellent service, good work at a reasonable price and always curtious and professional. I only use one plumber.

Maggie in the office, and Garrett really went over the top to fix my problem and to give great customer service. I had called after hours, and then Maggie called me back without me lifting a finger which was fantastic. And she was also able to gather information like pictures and things to relay to her team. And kept me up-to-date with scheduling and such. Very pleasant, very skilled.They are also taking care of a manufacturer warranty that is slipping through the cracks, and stepping it up to the next level to take care of me.So far I've had a kitchen faucet installed, brand new water heater in a new location, recirculating pump so that I get hot water from the tops immediately instead of waiting, a new line of plumbing runs so that I can use the icemaker and water in a new refrigerator. (plus some other odds and ends.)This is absolutely my go-to company to call.

Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing's level of customer service was amazing. I had several individual issues that all hit at once from a toilet that wouldn't stop running, a faulty pressure reducing valve, a broken thermal expansion tank on my hot water heater, and a broken garbage disposal. The pressure reducing valve was giving off lots of mixed messages, and Garrett, one of the sons of Tom Kris & Sons, was determined to make sure every avenue was researched to the fullest and make sure everything was handled properly and efficiently. He was just so kind and committed. This photo is on their Facebook page and was the image on the back of the work shirt he was wearing. I know first hand they stand behind what they say. If you are looking for a plumber, I highly recommend them.

Tom Kris and Sons repaired the old copper pipes of our home as they were actively leaking. They were timely, efficient, communicative, and fixed the issue. The team that came was professional, explained what needed to be done, and kept the house clean and tidy while they worked. We will use them again and recommend them to our neighbors.
